Anne had a highly successful career, for over 20 years, with HBOS (part of Lloyds Banking Group). She held senior roles in various parts of the business.

Anne has a vast experience of the business environment and the corporate world including:
Senior Account Management for the Contact Centre estate - product and channel interface. Sales and service target negotiation/setting, planning and management;
Development of retail multi channel sales and service strategies through to business cases and securing investment;
Anne has worked with clients ranging from entrepreneurs to major corporations as well as personal clients. She has supported them in many challenges businesses face today, which include:
Managing complex business programmes – process, teams, stakeholders, plans, budgets and pulling it all together so it makes sense for the business and customer;
