one a School Food Safety and Catering expert, the other a School Project and Facilities specialist. Julie and Pat were both well known for achieving targets and making things happen. Maybe, just maybe, they could “make things happen” for schools across the country and so the idea for Resolution FM was born!
2011 – Both in great jobs, Julie was Director of Facilities and Estates for a prestigious group of schools and Pat was working as a School Project Director. Julie and Pat made the big leap of faith and handed in their notice. Now they were business owners! They started to grow their company and moved into their new offices in Surrey.
One of the first projects was to design, procure and fit out the interior of a new build international school in Doha, Qatar for 1200 student ages 3 – 18 years. Julie’s previous company, ACS International Schools, commissioned Resolution FM to undertake this project. At one time, during the fit out stage, they had twenty four 40ft containers delivering furniture, fixtures and fittings in August with temperatures in excess of 47°C – phew, it was hot, hot, hot!
At the same time the Food Safety and Catering Consultancy side of the business was really taking off with great clients such as Bristol Grammar School and St Pauls Girls School, Hammersmith coming on board.
Resolution FM now has school clients throughout the UK. Julie and Pat employ a team of specialist school professionals who work their magic at schools across the country. As a testament to their commitment and hard work, Resolution FM are very proud to say that they are booked for ongoing work by 100% of their clients.
