E cross H Ltd. is a small consultancy operating near Newbury, Berkshire in the South of England. The name of the company is a reference to the Poynting vector, which describes the flow of electromagnetic energy.
We are experts in the regulations and standards that apply to electrical and electronic equipment, wireless communications devices and to the use of electromagnetic (radio) spectrum.
After graduating from Bath University with a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering, the founder, Steve Roper, started his career in electronic product design, radio system design and embedded software engineering. Steve has provided technical leadership on mission-critical radio communications infrastructure projects and on 2G, 3G and 4G cellular communications infrastructure projects.
