Risk and Title - Notwithstanding the delivery of the goods, the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of E Alexander & Sons Ltd as legal and equitable owner until such time as the customer shall have paid to us the agreed price in full. The customer shall ensure that all goods which are in the possession or control of the customer, the ownership of which remains with us are stored or marked so that they may be readily identifiable as belonging to us and we may for the purpose of recovery of our goods, enter upon any premises where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess the same. The customer acknowledges that he is in possession of the goods solely as a fiduciary for us until payment to us for the said goods and in the event the customer sells the goods to a third party, then and in such event, the entire proceeds of the sale are to be held in trust for us and shall not be mingled with other monies or be paid into any overdrawn bank account and shall be at all times identifiable as our monies

Returns and Shortages -Claims for shortages must be made to the company and the dispatch company within five working days. Credits for goods returned which are not faulty are at the company's discretion
