Who we are
Hi-Mark has been leading the way in the design and manufacture of injection moulded products for over 40 years and remain the oldest, privately owned business of its kind in the UK. Based in Wrexham, just over the border into Wales, our 25,000sq ft factory exports worldwide. We manufacture products that are used by some of the largest automotive companies in the world, as well as having the capability to produce high quality, technically advanced injection mould products, from sunglasses to automatic suspension components.
Our 40 strong workforce includes an experienced team of designers, using Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create the best possible products, as well as creating bespoke solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
We are plastic injection moulding specialists.
We design, develop and manufacture customised products to satisfy a multitude of requirements and unique specifications. We are also able to fulfill a wide-range of order sizes. We take the time to provide comprehensive technical support from concept inception through to volume production.
All our products are manufactured using ‘state-of-the art’ moulding machines, our raw materials are fed by a fully automatic drying and feeding plant. We use specialised equipment for secondary processes, some of which have been designed and manufactured ‘In-house’ to our own specifications to meet the demands of our customers.

the best possible quality at a high level of productivity.

We are an ISO/TS 16949 accredited company. We are constantly looking to improve our practices to ensure that we produce the best possible product with continued quality throughout its lifetime.
We use Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Design and Process FMEA.
We provide continuous improvement practices, employing KPI measurement. Identification of improvement opportunities and re-evaluation are an essential element of our business.
