Hartingtons was set up at the end of 2010 by Julie and Chris to educate, bemuse, inform and amuse people with an interest in food. It’s production, consumption and the general enjoyment it provides when shared with friends.

Our cookery school and events business is housed within a converted saw mill close to the centre of the charming Peak District town of Bakewell. We are ideally located for day trippers to the town to do a short course or attend one of our food related events as part of their day out.
