He regularly visits all his sites personally so that they meet his high standards. In his spare time he enjoys the thrill of Grasstrack racing across the UK and Europe. Dewi and Big Al are responsible for setting out and transporting the wall panels to each site. Both are qualified carpenters whose skills are unquestionable. The Site We have two teams of fully qualified carpenters, who work on our sites, they have completed numerous projects some of which can be seen in our gallery and brochure, and their work is of the best standard achievable. The Process Design Planning Construction Joinery Workshop Dyfed will work with you to produce the best possible construction, whether it be for a commercial environment or a purpose built home. He likes to have face-to-face meetings in order to draw up sketches of what you want us to build. If you have your own architects and designers we are happy to work with them to produce your final building, we also have an extensive brochure for your perusal. Once we understand what you want we use the knowledge base of our experienced joiners and structural engineers to produce plans and calculations in order to realise its feasibility before we’ve even thought about buying the materials. If you’ve already got your plans drawn up we’re more than happy to work from them. We will help you choose the materials that are perfect for your home or office environment and give you a breakdown of the costs involved so you know exactly what you’re paying for. We will then put your design forward to the local authority for planning permission. If there are any adjustments needed, we will endeavour to change them to suit you. The site will also be registered with the National House-Building Council. Your timber frame building will then be built in our workshop, where all the components are marked out and machine cut, then assembled into panels.
