ABOUT MANAGEMENT TO LEARN LIMITED

Management To Learn Limited (MTL) is a private Limited UK based Company, set up after marketing research and realising that there was a gap in the UK for providing/managing Educational services to Angola.

MTL provides care & support services to MINPET students through scholarship programmes to students of Angolan origin enabling them to undertake further education in the UK, the rest of Europe and USA.

Sponsoring Angolan students in the International arena turned out to be an attractive means for MINPET, which since the beginning has been very active in targeting key personnel and secondary school leavers for training purposes; therefore in January 2001 it reached an agreement with Cardlane Limited, already in the business of managing Angolan students in UK since 1993. Through this agreement, Cardlane acted for MINPET in the United Kingdom, supporting and sponsoring MINPET students.

Recently, in January 2011 an agreement was reached between MINPET and Management To Learn Limited, which is now the official managing company for MINPET scholarship programmes and students in the United Kingdom.
