Gary’s job is to make sure everything from marketing to stock and delivery is running smoothly. He also attends trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and liases directly with customers and our distributors. He is often on the end of the telephone answering your questions and online giving advice to potential and existing customers. He also provides product knowledge training to our clients as well as creates and maintains partnerships with other businesses.

Carol works closely with customers and other businesses managing finance and invoicing as well as dealing with customer emails and telephone calls.
