CND Properties Ltd
David and Chris set up CND Properties in 2010 to provide the local community with a reliable building service so people know where we are and can contact us. CND Properties are VAT registered and have an office and builders yard on Westdale Lane (access via the carpark behind the Mapperley Plains shops).
David has been working in the local construction industry for over 30 years and has vast experience in many types of projects from; managing large developments of new builds, restoration of listed buildings, extensions, maintenance and repairs. He now brings this experience to provide quality work on an individual basis.
Company Ethos
CND Properties way of working is to discuss your requirements with you so we can provide a detailed estimate from your plans, if you decide to proceed we will at that point agree a start date and estimated time of completion. Once work commences David will have a site meeting with yourself at least weekly to ensure everything is progressing to your satisfaction. CND Properties work with stage payments throughout the project, which will be agreed before work commences.
We are members of FMB - Federation of Master Builders (The UK's largest trade association in the building industry, with national offices in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, supported by additional regional offices.). FMB mission is to ensure the Federation of Master Builders is recognised as the best trade association in the construction industry. Only those builders and specialists who have passed FMB vetting process are accepted as members.
We are also members of LABC Trustmark.
