We are Mike & Sarah Ode, joint Owners and Directors of Potential Unearthed. We’ve calculated that that we have more than 40 odd years combined experience of hands-on training design and delivery in all kinds of industry sectors. So we’ve definitely been there, done that & got many t-shirts.
Many of us have been mentally scarred as a result of attending a poor training course down the years! And we don’t want that here at Potential Unearthed so we’ve thrown the traditional trainers rule book away, shocking we know, but we don’t want to come across as old-school and stuffy.
