Warm Sanctuary Ltd is an Independent Flooring and Interiors store. The company is owned and ran by Michelle and Robert, a husband and wife team.
We pride ourselves on delivering a first rate, friendly, professional service. From the initial contact, we ensure that all requirements have been taken into consideration before any products are suggested. Our after sales care is just as important as the initial enquiry, ensuring any queries or concerns are dealt with in a timely manner taking due care to ensure your peace of mind.
The portfolio of products at Warm Sanctuary include Lighting, Wall-coverings and Soft Furnishings from some of the most current UK based design talent, not generally seen on the high street. As well as leading brands of Carpet and Flooring, added to this are the more unusual and bespoke floor coverings manufactures, which all work with us to offer you something for all tastes and ages.
In 2010 Warm Sanctuary was awarded Durham City's Independent Retailer of the Year and the very prestigious award of Overall Retailer of the Year. All this in just nine months of trade.
