Warman Building Company Ltd was formed over 20 years ago by Pete Warman who saw it as a natural progression from being a Sub-Contractor.
The Company has now grown from small beginnings into an established, professional and well run construction company and has accreditation from Altius (see Health & Safety section) and has also membership of The Federation of Master Builders (FMB).
The Management provide knowledge, skills and experience from the years spent in the industry which enable the Company to carry out a wide spectrum of work.
Warman Building Company Ltd is a well established building company with over 50 years' combined experience operating throughout the South West with our main office in East Coker, Yeovil, Somerset. We are builders who carry out work for private and commercial clients including, charitable organisations, local schools (private and state), other state organisations like South Somerset County Council, NHS and Avon and Somerset Police.
We offer a wide range of builder services including design and build, small build, new build, conversions, extensions, refurbishments, demolition and project management services. We are established enough for major projects and small enough to offer the personal touch.
