Bill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Pensions Management Institute. Bill has worked in the financial services sector in senior HR and Business Management positions for most of his career. During this time he has worked for the City of London branches of three leading European banks and has chaired the trustee boards in each one.
