Clean Line Construction – formerly Tarasiuk Property – was set up in 2003 by husband and wife team Simon and Felicity Tarasiuk, who have many years experience of working with Architects, Designers, Quantity Surveyors and planning departments across South London.

Clean Line Construction is a well established family business, specialising in stylish renovations, extensions, lofts and open plan living spaces. We have a loyal team of highly skilled builders and all our projects are personally overseen by director and owner Simon Tarasiuk.

Clean Line Construction – formerly Tarasiuk Property – started in 2003 by husband and wife team Simon and Felicity Tarasiuk. Simon left a successful career in Investment Banking to pursue his love of property development. He has a RIBA Certificate in Construction Project Management. Felicity moved into finance in 2011 following a career in marketing and business development. She is a qualified bookkeeper. Both Simon and Felicity are qualified to degree level.
