We are a full service web design company so can do everything for you. Domain registration is included in the price. Even though we register these domains it is expressely mentioned in our terms and conditions that the domain is your property and we can transfer ownership & control of it to you as and when you desire. You can register your own domain and, so long as you are happy to provide us with administrator priviledges, can set it up to point to your hosting provider.
We provide full hosting facilities. We recommend you host your website on our servers as they are optimised for the UK market, but we also appreciate that some customer already have hosting contracts in place with their current providers and if required we will deploy them to the third party provider. We have a number of dedicated web, email and dns servers. All our servers are co-located in mission critical high security data centres and are backed up on Godaddy’s global network of servers to ensure as near as 100% uptime as it is possible to get.
This largely depends on what is involved, as well as how soon you, as the client, are able provide us with the essential documents, such as copy and pictures. A simple brochure site can be up and running in 2 days. But ususally takes 1 to 2 weeks of development, your input is taken into account at all times and progress can be viewed via temporary servers we set up to enable you to see how your website is progressing.
More complex projects and wordpress based sites can take longer. When we know your exact requirements, we can provide you with a realistic end date. We know that project deadlines are very important : we will always do our utmost to meet them.
