Utilising an up to date, intimate working knowledge of the system, we provide pro-active, intuitive and effective management of projects and our planning and commercial expertise allows us to work with local planning authorities and decision makers to help land owners, investors and developers maximise the value of their land interests.
The team at DBA Estates have been involved in either the acquisition, sale or successful promotion of over 100 residential led and mixed use development sites of all sizes throughout England and Wales and have infrastructure experience working on the largest national scale project in the U.K., the nation’s new High Speed Rail Network, HS2.
