Optasia Wealth Management Ltd brings together two successful financial advisory Firms of Pradeep Sharma and Stuart Gray Associates Ltd.
Pradeep Sharma formed his advisory Firm in 1983 with the aim of providing an exceptional Financial Planning Service to both private and corporate clients in the Retail Financial Services sector. In addition to running this Firm, he developed a successful career in Sales Management with Allied Dunbar who later became Zurich Advice Network and finally Openwork Ltd. In 2011 he decided to leave his role as a Business Development Director to concentrate on growing and developing his own Firm.
Stuart Gray formed his Firm over 20 years ago and focussed on providing financial advice for his clients. His approach to delivering fair and clear solutions for his clients led to an ever growing client base. Operating from his office in Kew, Southport he covered the full spectrum of financial advisory service, supported by a strong administration team.
Both Firms are supported by Openwork, a well – established financial distribution company, giving their businesses the support they needed to grow and develop. Openwork provides the Firms with the following:

In 2015, following the retirement of Stuart Gray, the two Firms merged to form Optasia Wealth Management Ltd with the aim of serving the existing clients of both Firms. Our particular focus is to provide Wealth Management and Wealth Creation solutions for both existing and new clients. By using a holistic approach with ‘state of the art’ planning tools and a strategic approach to investment planning that matches the degree of risk and volatility a client is prepared to tolerate, we will aim to achieve their individual financial goals and objectives.
