We only purchase the best vehicles available today that exceed European emissions standards. All vehicles are Euro 4 compliant or above, our most recent being Euro 6 and are the cleanest and safest in the UK. We are committed to investing in sustainable technology not only by updating our fleet to the latest European standards but also by the addition of ad blue to our engines which limits the nitrogen oxides and particulate matter by 80% which pose great health and environmental problems.
By having new MAN trucks with latest technology and engine telematics our vehicles perform much more efficient than older trucks. We have managed to increase fuel efficiency by 20%. Over the 5 year life of one of our trucks the benefit in reduced emissions output is 6,240 gallons less fuel burned per truck.
