Who We Are

Openultra Felixstowe Limited is a family-run business, ideally situated next door to the Port of Felixstowe. Our key values and ethos is centred around a loyal, reliable and efficient service which we provide for our customers on a daily basis. We have a group of drivers who are highly experienced and have been working for us for many years.

Mark is co-founder of Openultra and a director alongside Amanda. They have over 20 years' experience in the haulage industry having founded Gipping Transport Limited before later merging the business under the Openultra banner. Mark is involved in the traffic section of the company. Before settling into an office environment he was himself a driver for over 20 years.

Kelly joined us in July 2012 starting out as an administrator to help assist Barbara with the ever growning list of admin tasks. Kelly has completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and after completion took it upon herself to do the Level 3 to gain the qualifications she deemed necessary. Amanda is also training Kelly on accounts to help her out with the day to day invoicing and general queries.

Business Development Manager

Karl recently joined having spent 10 years at a local Logistics College. Karl assessed students through Customer Service, Management and Trade based qualifications and is now responsible for business development, working closely with our key customers whilst looking for new routes of development and growth.
