ABOUT STARS SOCIAL SUPPORT LIMITED

We provide Outreach, Children’s contact services, Social work, Social Housing and Social Care.

We aim to work in partnership with Service Users, Family and other Professionals to provide a service that meets the individual needs of the Service User.

To provide a high standard of domiciliary care through the development of individual care plans that incorporated all aspects of the Service Users’ care and well-being.

To establish appropriate patterns of care which meet the needs of the Service User and provide support for the family.

We are extremely proud of our outstanding performance, reported by service users.

Our Children’s Contact Service provides safe, neutral, onsite facilitated changeovers and supervised contact visits for children and their separated parents.

Parental separation can be a very difficult time for families. In particularly, it is hard for children who want to love both parents. Conflict between parents pains children and is harmful to them. Spending good times with each parent is very important to children and helps their development.

The aim of the Children’s Contact Service is to minimise the children’s exposure to unsafe and conflictual situations between parents. The service provides children with the opportunity to maintain a meaningful relationship with their non-residential parent.
