The delivery teams on site have been considerate and courteous throughout, ensuring that our tenants are as comfortable as possible during the works process.”
Jefferies was formed in July 2008 as a delivery partner for a leading construction company.
The majority of our work is based around the social housing sector and over the years the company has grown from strength to strength. We now carry out work across a broad spectrum and are specialists' in External Wall Insulation, Roofing and general building maintenance and repair, offering a one stop shop service.
We only purchase our products and materials from reputable, responsible suppliers and ensure that any nationally recognised standards for environmental control are adopted.
We source products and materials that have the lowest impact on the environment such as water based products in place of solvent based products wherever possible and we only order minimum amounts of material for each project and re-use materials wherever possible. We have a strong emphasis on recycling and ensure waste on site is separated and where it cannot be re-used on other projects we will recycle wherever possible.
As a Company it is our aim to limit the impact from our projects on the environment to as low as possible. Environmental impacts are considered at the start of each project and physical and procedural controls are implemented to achieve our goals.
