Ventura Developments Limited is a young company currently operating in the North West / North Wales regions specialising in a number of construction industry sectors including the construction of exclusive private residential developments and individual homes. Also operating in the public sector, Ventura is experienced in the provision of affordable and social housing and has been acclaimed by Local and Wlesh Assembly Government agencies for efficient and quality construction of a social housing scheme that was designed, developed and sold to a major housing association.
Although only established in April 2008, Ventura is already renowned and respected for professionalism, efficiency, quality and environmental sympathy. We employ only highly qualified personnel including a nucleus of experienced specialists, consultants and skilled trades people to ensure the highest standard of operation. Ventura continues to build on its reputation, endeavouring to provide affordable luxury homes that are sensitive to the environment and the individual's needs for comfortable, easily managed living space.
Ventura's experienced contracting department undertake private and commercial commissions for extensions, conversions and renovation projects. Our civil engineering personnel are fully insured and licensed to work in the public highway and undertake excavation, drainage, piling, steel framed and steel reinforced concrete works.
