What effect does any alteration, error or omission have on the overall tender sum?
: A Project Manager is a person appointed to make something happen within given constraints. So the first task is to agree the clients’ key objectives, which may relate to cost, time, disruption or something else. Once these have been agreed, a master plan is drawn up and then broken down into smaller task orientated plans. The Project Manager is ultimately accountable for the outcome, and this means good communication, decision-making and leadership skills are essential.
