About the Company
Ison was founded in 1973. We have a long history of providing ingenious engineering and electro-mechanical solutions for a wide range of industries. Ison's philosophy has been to provide a 'One Stop Shop' from design to manufacture. We have a fully equipped toolroom with highly trained development engineers, and a manufacturing plant where we produce the end product.
Paul Isaacs joined the company in 1995, and in April 2008 took over the role of Managing Director from his father Fred Isaacs, the company founder. Paul has brought a new range of IT and electronic skills to Ison thus enabling us to meet the challenges of the changing world.
We design and manufacture a range of changing room locks, plastic key straps, and other associated products for the Leisure Industry, whom we have been supplying for more than twenty years.
We design and make locks for perimeter doors for the A.T.M Industry. Ison has patented products including electronic and mechanical Gatelocks and Gateshields (including European Design Protection), for perimeter locking.
