We met in 1998 whilst working for a large corporate Estate Agency and married in 1999. All our working lives have been spent in the property industry. We have two daughters and were lucky enough to spend time living in France whilst the children were young. The rural way of life is very close to our hearts and we passionately believe in supporting the local High Street, community and schools. We have a great group of friends and enjoy socialising in the local restaurants and pubs in our spare time (we are especially partial to a curry) and walking our two dogs around the gorgeous countryside surrounding Broseley and Much Wenlock. Since we started our business we are so humbled and proud of the many recommendations and referrals we get, and we continue to strive to provide the best service for our clients.
Paul joins us from an advertising background and is passionate about selling and full of exciting ideas. A superb negotiator, his communication skills are excellent and he is a fantastic addition to our team. Paul lives in Broseley with his family, and his children attend the local schools. Working as a full time negotiator for us, Paul is able to put his local knowledge to good use and we are delighted he has joined us.
Paula is on hand to assist with the lettings side of our business, as well as helping out with viewings and sales chasing. Paula has a calm, warm and chatty personality and is efficient and organised. Paula and her husband live locally and are strong supporters of the local HIgh Street and traders.
Debbie lives in Much Wenlock and is experienced in all areas of Estate Agency sales. Again, Debbie is a firm believer in local shopping and can often be spotted in Paddy Ryan’s queue! Her communication skills are excellent and we are delighted to have such a bubbly, professional negotiator working as part of our team. Debbie is married with two cats who rule the roost!
Philip and his son, Simon, work with us producing Energy Performance Certificates, floor plans and photographs. We are always impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to get the perfect shot. Rob, a Certified Surveyor and Energy Assessor, is recommended by us to carry out more in depth surveys. His company, Quest Property Surveys is based in the West Midlands. Rob began his career in the construction industry with practical trades; he then progressed into site/project management. Over the 35 years Rob’s background, experience and training brings together a wide range of technical and managerial knowledge and skills.
