Alliance Commercial Finance was founded by David Oliver, a highly experienced independent Invoice Finance and factoring broker. David has worked with 100’s of business owners to date, helping them structure working capital facilities to allow effective trading and business success.

David started out in the Invoice Finance industry as a Regional Manager, working for Arbuthnot Commercial Finance. He progressed his career, gaining over 7 years experience at Five Arrows Commercial Finance, owned by NM Rothschild & Sons. David’s final position before starting Alliance Commercial Finance was as the Regional Director (Midlands) for Royal Bank of Scotland Invoice Finance. Having worked for both bank and independents providers gives Alliance a more unique insight into what will suit your requirements, allowing you to make an informed choice when considering which factoring company is best.

Having spent 12 years working for market leaders within Invoice Finance, David played an important part in helping many businesses with their cash flow. However being tied to a particular lender limited the support he could offer to his clients, so Alliance was formed to provide business owners a fair choice of options.
