We recruit and train all carers using a carefully designed training programme. This provides peace of mind for the client and ensures that the carer is fully competent and confident in their role. Our managers are experienced carers who have first-hand knowledge in this field, and who have established themselves within the company.
Philip Parkinson Homecare started as a family business, our company now has 35 years experience in home care. We have always maintained ISO 9001 accreditation for quality service standards, and consistently receive a full compliance rating from CQC.
Our local knowledge is unparalleled and enhances the service we provide. For example, we have locally-based rural care providers who have often met the challenge of adverse weather conditions when others have struggled. In other situations we have an understanding of local facilities and challenges not available to our competitors.

Those who need the support and assistance of other people deserve the best. We are ISO9001:2008 certified, and the Care Quality Commission consistently gives us excellent reports on the basis of their scheduled and unannounced inspections.
We share with the social care sector a vision for personalisation - all who receive support, whether statutory or self-funded, should be empowered to shape the services on which they draw. The aim is to transform social care, including housing, benefits, leisure, transport and health needs. We understand that people need quality help and support, close to home and at the right time.
