Who we are
Integrated Business Planning was established in 2007 by two partners who recognised the gap between the plans and the reality of large complex organisations in the area of Sales and Operations Planning. Despite spending vast sums on building sophisticated S&OP systems and processes, many large organisations struggle to achieve their original aims. We believe that most of these aims are perfectly achievable - and maybe even surpassable - with the right leadership behaviours and ways of working.
Martin Jarvis has 30 years' experience as an executive in the Supply Chain and Operations arena. For 20 years he worked for Unilever, holding a number of senior positions in Europe, before moving to set up Integrated Business Planning Ltd. Later, he became the CEO of an AIM-listed public company in the UK.
Martin provides specialist expertise in a number of fields, particularly in the areas of change management and leadership. He has worked with a number of different global companies, and has deep experience of working with companies across Asia and Africa. Martin has spoken at a number of conferences throughout Europe and occasionally, some participants have even listened.
