Now that was a long time ago and I probably didn't do my homework on which agency to register with but I left that office feeling utterly worthless. I wasn't right for that particular agency but I can't help feeling they could have taken a few moments to point me in the right direction or given me a few words of encouragement.
That memory came back to me when I started my career in recruitment and I made a promise to myself; even if I couldn't help the person personally I would try to offer something that would help them.
So when I started First 2 Recruit Ltd in 2007 it was to ensure I could do what I loved to do within a framework that I could control. My core values are Honesty and Integrity - these values drive me in my personal life and they are the driving force behind First 2 Recruit.
I've had help along the way from some very special people who have been instrumental in helping to build First 2 Recruit and have a great team who share my vision and values.
Many of the clients I formed relationships with in those early days have stayed with First 2 Recruit ever since.
