We coordinate and deliver first aid and health care education in both the public and private sectors across Norfolk. Our clients are businesses, universities, colleges, leisure centres, shops, residential/nursing care facilities, to name but a few.
We are also an approved provider for UK Rural Skills.
Yes. Our First Aid at Work courses are regulated qualifications which are provided through AoFA Qualifications (an awarding organisation) that is recognised and regulated by one of the UK regulators, Ofqual. The certificate of achievement (QCF) awarded to successful learners contains the logo of AoFA Qualifications and the relevant UK regulators along with the full qualification title and number.
There is no statutory requirement for UK first aid kits to be approved, however the Health and Safety Executive does suggest a list of items that could be included in your kit, with extra items added as appropriate to the situation or work area. We are able to supply a number of kits to suit various purposes.
Please discuss payment options at the time of booking. Due to the high demand for places in our courses, you will be asked to pay prior to commencement of the training to confirm your place on the course. You will receive a confirmation letter once you have paid.
We realise that it is sometimes difficult for some people to get time off to complete a full course. To help, we can arrange evening classes or short day classes of 3 hour duration so you can complete the course over a number of days. This is particularly useful for child or home carers who find it difficult to get away. Please contact us for more details.
First Aid + Care Training provides our own Training Centre and on-site first aid courses for the workplace and community across Norfolk.
FA+CT courses are delivered in a dynamic, interactive way, often using real life scenarios, to leave you feeling confident and empowered. All courses are Ofqual or EYFS/Ofsted accredited and follow UK Resuscitation Council guide lines. Our tutors are Health Care Professionals or First on Scene Medics who practice first aid, making a real difference in the community.
After realising how simple (and obviously, life-changing) first aid really is, I cannot help but wonder why it isn’t compulsory for everyone to learn first aid at school!
We found the course was very practical and helpful and thought that Connor was a fantastic presenter.
