Nouvita’s Senior Team have many years’ experience in the care of people with a wide range of mental health issues and learning disabilities. Their individual expertise helps support the Managers in their specific homes, ensuring staff and residents benefit from their vast experience.
Iona has been an integral senior manager/operator with Partnerships in Care (PiC) before moving to Nouvita in 2017. In her many roles at PiC she developed services in alignment with NHS England but over the last 10 years she has worked as Regional Clinical Director, Hospital Director and Clinical Operations Director/Nursing Director.
