Kate has an intuitive way of teaching that means quite simply that she recognises your needs and puts in place a regime that helps you work towards YOU achieving your own personal goals. I have found Kate’s classes constantly evolving, never the same repetitive exercises , challenging and most importantly very enjoyable which is always a major plus! Her enthusiasm and dedication to her field is extremely motivational and inspiring.
