About Spiritus Design

Spiritus Designs is the creation of John Parry. With years of experience in the local Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire area, John brings friendly yet professional expertise to your building project.

As the founder of Spiritus Design, John has been the driving force from the beginning. He likes business dealings to be open and straightforward with the prime objective of Clients being happy with what Spiritus has achieved for them.

John's passion for building began at an early age, growing up in the shadow of his engineer father. Whether it was helping to install kitchens, tiling bathrooms or mixing cement, John's early introduction to various building schemes inspired his future career.

With a diploma and a degree in Building Construction and Technical Drawing, John has developed a vast in-depth understanding of buildings, their construction and the many planning implications, as well as stunning design. His virgoan talent for detail, especially with windows, doors and finishes comes into it’s own when helping clients to specify some of the items that have a big impact to the finished look of a property and is one of the unique services provided by Spiritus.
