ABOUT VIOLETS HOMECARE SERVICES LTD

We are a small local domiciliary care provider, covering Dunstable and Houghton Regis.  We can provide care privately, via local authority funding (Central Beds Council), CHC (Continuing Health Care) and via the Short Breaks Voucher system.

Violets have been working in conjunction with Social Services for 20 years. We are licensed by the Department of Employment and regular inspections from the CQC (Quality Care Commission) and the local authority are carried out to ensure that we are working to the high standards set out by industry regulators.

Violets Homecare has been a provider of home-care services for over 20 years.  Established in May 1994, our company is named after one of our first clients; a wonderful lady called Violet. Providing home-care in Dunstable, Houghton Regis, and surrounding local villages, we've  gone from strength to strength, concentrating our time in providing a quality service.

We know all of our service users, family members and staff very well.  We feel that remaining small has been one of our strengths, and we've discovered that it's what people like about us. We're a family run business, with two Director/Owners who work as part of the Admin Team, with experience both in the office and with the community and clients.

Violets are very proud of the level of service our wonderful carers and office team provide to our service users.

With a team of trained and committed carers and a strong management team based in the office, we work to the high standards required by the Care Quality Commission.  We all work to company policies and procedures and Codes of Practice issued by the General Social Care Council.
