ABOUT JAMES WALKER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
James Walker Construction Ltd emerged from a family business that has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Our clients range from individuals for extensions, loft conversions and general building works etc. to a large pension company that owns commercial portfolios of property that we have completely stripped out and rebuilt (see our completed work) to our most recent work, Suncourt, Conhill, London EC3. This was a 5 story plus roof office building that had over £2 million spent on its redevelopment.
We are FMB members (Federation Master Builders) and have our own carpenters, brick layers, electricians, ceiling fixers, floor layers etc. We are also closely affiliated to another company that is NICEIC and Gas Safe registered. As part of our team we also have close links to architects, structural engineers and consultants who specialise in the development of large re-furb and new builds.
