We are an independently owned company specialising in property development. Established in 2006 S Wallace Developments prime focus is to identify residential development opportunities withinthe UK and Europe, carrying out projects either as sole developer or through joint ventures with partnering companies or individuals, offering additional or enhanced services and experience to the development process.
From design and planning, right through to adding the final finishing touchesto each new commercial or residentail property, we keep your needs in mind, ensuring we develop properties to suit all lifestyles and tastes. whether we are building your ideal home or converting your business property, every care and attention to detail is paramount to us and adds to the perfect finish.
Before forming S Wallace Developments I ventured into the property business as a managing director of a shopfitting company, where I had only previously worked for main contraxctors. My main objective was to cordinate all the relevant departments including architecture and design throughout Europe.
I then moved to a fast track fitting out company in the West Midlands and given a free role within the business to progress it from a £1,000,000 to £12,000,000 business.

In August 2006 I decided to set up my own construction company along with agreeing a long term relationship with Astwood Joinery Contracts Ltd. Our two companies have a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years within the construction industry.
We have a close relationship with well known local quality tradesmen we can trust to produce high end services. We are able to offer full turnkey packages including cost appraisals, programming and health and safety planning within the project.
