Casserly Property Management offers property owners and their occupiers a single point of contact.  Each property will be assigned an experienced and IRPM qualified Property Manager that will manage all aspects of your property.  You will not have to speak to a faceless call centre but will instead be given the direct telephone number and email address of your Property Manager who will be able to assist you will all your enquires.  The aim of this is to resolve your enquiry the first time you contact us providing you with a service that is highly responsive, professional and value for money. 

Casserly Property Management offers a pro-active service via a process of regular site meetings and regular site inspections.  This ensures any minor issues are noted and dealt with quickly before they become a major problem.  We also provide annual preventive maintenance programmes avoiding expensive call-out charges and unnecessary inconvenience to clients.  This proactive approach is more cost effective and less disruptive than the purely re-active service often offered by disinterested managing agents.

Casserly Property Management actively monitors and targets reductions in energy consumption by offering energy audits on all its properties as well as incorporating energy efficiency criteria into our decision-making processes.  We provide clients with an energy reduction strategy which incorporates innovative ideas and helpful tips to live a carbon efficient lifestyle. Casserly Property Management will discuss with you the most cost effective way of introducing more efficient equipment such as low energy lighting or renewable energy systems such as solar photovoltaic panels so that the best solutions can be incorporated resulting in lower energy bills and associated CO2 emissions.
