Moving house can be very stressful, but Ellenbrook Estates were a pleasure to work with, and took all that stress out of the equation. I tried several agents in Manchester, but only Nick at Ellenbrook Estates provided the personal touch which is so important. As I have been with Ellenbrook Estates for over 10 years as they look after a property I own in Walkden. Being that I live over two hundred miles away, I rely on them as my eyes and ears in regard to the property and the area in general. I have found them to be reliable, trustworthy and when they say they will do something I know 100% it will get done. They use trusted builders and maintenance people and they ensure that prices for any work are at the lower end of the spectrum with no compromise on quality. On the occasions when a tenant has decided to move on they act swiftly to find a replacement and there are few times the property has been empty.

I have been an overseas landlord since March 2003. Being very particular about the maintenance of my UK home - which I value highly - I needed a new more reliable property manager. In 2008 I had the good fortune to remotely find Ellenbrook Estates.

The team at Ellenbrook Estates are everything a landlord like me could expect. Most of all I'm looking for a warm, safe and well maintained house for the people who rent. I also want to know that my only investment is being well looked after. I get great service which includes: quality tenants, regular rent payments and good value repairs.
