is the principal and founder of the business who has a wide background of industrial and commercial knowledge with over 30 years experience at supervisory, middle and senior management level. Julian also operates at director level. Based in the heart of Norfolk, the Company boasts a number of corporate clients from all parts of the UK who have gained significant benefits from the courses that TIPS for Good Management offers. We are also approved by the Chartered Management Institute.
Our main purpose built office in Dereham in Norfolk, presently accommodates 3 full time employees who support the administration of all aspects of the training delivery. Julian, the MD and founder of TIPS for Good Management. Carl, who is a training designer and deliver of the TIPS Programmes and Emma, who looks after the administrative side of the business. TIPS also has a selection of associates who form a very effective delivery team. Associates have been chosen for their expertise in various areas of management and leadership and also provide a wide breadth of subjects.
Independence Matters has worked with TIPS and specifically Julian over the last two years in a variety of ways; Julian has supported the Company Board and Senior Team to shape the values and mission. Julian has worked with the Quality and Compliance Director to develop bespoke training for all the managers and the Senior Team in terms of Leadership, engagement, culture and time effectiveness. Julian has also provided 1 to 1 and group coaching for managers. We have also accessed the CMI Management courses.
We have found Julian’s wealth of skill and knowledge from his own management background gives a solid foundation to being able to listen, understand, consider, explore and develop the bespoke workshops to meet out outcomes focused learning needs. Julian has helped our leaders to self-reflect and develop their skills to be more adaptable and creative in managing change as the pace of our change has accelerated greatly, and Julian has assisted us to find ways to deal creatively with this fact of modern life and the need to face and manage change in a constructive way.
The workshops that TIPS provided during our tender presentation rehearsals were key in ensuring that we delivered our message in a professional but engaging manner. We all gained valuable communication skills which will help each individual in the future.
