Almerico Ltd was initially formed to deal specifically with insurance repair work and successfully undertook reinstatement works to in excess of 300 water damaged properties following the floods of 2007. The directors, Paul Pearson and Guy Neilson, have over 40 years combined experience of general building repairs and refurbishment, reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance, and facilities management. Their clients have ranged from private homeowners, individual and national chains of businesses to housing associations, schools and colleges, large construction firms and local authorities.
The works that Almerico initially carried out were highly client focused, the service aspect of each project being of paramount importance and having suitably developed our systems, in conjunction with a core principal of consistently delivering high quality works, we decided to expand and apply the same successful systems to other sectors.
We are proud of our employees and know that they are fundamental in the success we have enjoyed to date. All employees are regularly individually reviewed and training is undertaken on an ongoing basis, encouraging those that wish to progress further by assisting in gaining qualifications and additional skill sets.
We sponsor an employee six a side football team and a local amateur rugby league side, the team ethic being a central and promoted theme of Almerico.
Almerico aims to be the best company delivering high quality service and workmanship at a fair cost but we understand that occasionally we may fall short of our own self imposed high standards. In such an event we positively encourage feedback to assist us in analysing why we failed to ensure it is not repeated. We also collect some of our positive comments which are testimony to what we class as our normal service.
