We like to think we're a little different to your average web development agency. Being small by design makes us agile both in the technologies and techniques we use, and to the requirements of our clients. When you work with us, you won't have to go via a project manager every time you need to get a new feature implemented, or when you need advice on doing XYZ. When you work with us, you'll be in direct contact with the developers working on your project — that’s the guy who’s actually building your site, and whose neck is on the line if it doesn't rock. We think that makes a difference.

In the same way, we won't ask you to set your feature list in stone before we get to work. We appreciate that business goals often change (and sometimes those goalposts get moved somewhere different altogether) which is why we work in as agile a manner as possible. Our projects are invariably built as a series of iterations — you'll see your project evolve over that time and be equipped to make better decisions as a result. It’s like chipping away at a sculpture.
