2B-Fit was founded in 2011 by Ian Bickle and Stephen Brewis. 2B-Fit is one of the fastest growing fitness brands in the North East of England and has went from strength to strength in such a short time. From delivering one bootcamp session per week in a school hall, to now owning their own facility that is unlike any other in the area. 'The Unit' brings a gym experience like no other offering a no-nonsense, fun & friendly environment where people of all walks of life can improve their health, fitness & body composition.

Ian & Stephen began 2B-Fit with intention of delivery a premium fitness service to all abilities no matter their fitness levels or background.

Our aim is simple, to help and educate as many people as we possibly can and give them the facility and tools to do so.

We are looking to change the industry by getting back to its routes and eliminating the fads that have seemingly changed and diluted fitness these days. We take a more holistic & honest approach to each individual that comes through our door and prioritise their health & ability. Fitness has became more of a fashion accessory these days and we feel people have forgotten what hard work is like.
