Ray is fluent in the art of negotiations, he has solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. He is an influential leader who is driven by the passion for the cause. 

Ray heads up the Tax Department helping clients to save money helping and our international clients with cross border transactions.
