All of us have extended experience in various aspects of childcare that dates back to the mid-nineties. We are fully involved in the daily running of the care homes. We direct childcare and regularly consult and engage with the young people in our care.
works in partnership with local authorities to provide a high standard of residential care for children and young people, and improve outcomes for them and their families. This includes post-16 transitional work into semi-independent living.
Within each home we create individually tailored care packages to meet the needs of each child and young person. Allocation of a key worker and spending quality time with exemplary adult role models helps them reflect on their progress and plans.
