All clients of ERB have access to our Client Service Portal. This allows clients to view and download their insurance information at the touch of a button. You decide who has the permission to view this; each authorised user has their own login. You are able to view your policy documents, as well as access instructions and advice on each of your policies and what to do in the event of a claim.
