ABOUT D'OR TO DOOR FINE WINE IMPORTS LIMITED

D�or to Door Fine Wine Imports Ltd was incorporated as a Limited Company on 31 March 2006 and began trading later that year, in October. The company is run by husband and wife team Mick and Diane McLintic, the company�s only directors.

The formation of D�or to door is the culmination of a life�s work and ambition for Mick and Di, who have spent many of their annual holidays together visiting vineyards and talking to producers with a view to finding the very best suppliers for their business.

Unlike most other wine retailers, D�or to Door personally import a healthy proportion of the wines they sell.  Their own imports currently include all the red, white and sparkling Burgundies on the list, they have also finalised a deal with a Bordeaux Negociant to import their own claret from mid 2009.  The Bordeaux collection will include some beautiful wines purchased en primeur, it will also include some Cru Class� wines from older vintages.

Although both Mick and Di are avid wine lovers and have an expansive but informal knowledge of the subject, they decided, as they would be running a business rather than just enjoying a hobby, to enrol in a
