After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 1991 with a degree in Psychology and Biology, Glynn worked as a transport manager for a national and international carrier based in Shefford. In 1995 Glynn set up his own logistics business in Letchworth Garden City providing general and specialised same day transport services for local businesses. Following the sale of his business, Glynn re-trained as a solicitor and worked in Peterborough for several years as a company commercial solicitor for a large regional law firm.
Glynn has a wide range of experience in advising on company, commercial and employment matters. He has acted in numerous corporate deals, with recent transactions which include the sale of large department store and a petrol service station business for £1m.
Glynn has extensive experience in commercial contracts including drafting business and website terms and conditions. Recently Glynn has acted in negotiating and drafting terms for a Technology and Know-How Licence agreement and an Energy Reduction Project agreement with a major supermarket chain.
Dominic joined the firm as a consultant solicitor in September 2011 after several years at a City law firm. He advises on a broad range of legal issues including transactional and contentious matters for a primarily commercial client base. His areas of expertise include:

- Company start-ups and joint ventures (shareholders' agreements / partnership agreements)
- Assisting international clients in setting up a business in the UK
Dominic advises local and international businesses on a broad range of commercial matters. Dominic's experience includes a variety of transactions, both large and small, ranging from partnership and commercial disputes through to high value business acquisitions.
As a fluent speaker of Czech with a good knowledge of Italian, he frequently advises a number of non-UK businesses and foreign correspondent law firms on matters of English law.
