Shape Media is a boutique media recruitment agency specialising in placing permanent roles from Graduate / Entry-level through to Director level. spanning Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Services, Advertising Operations and Planning & Buying functions.

Ellie is one of the most talented recruiters in her field – her approach is calm, consultative and she leads by knowledge and precision. Her experience spans various top agencies where she worked for over 5 years focussing on helping the emerging talent break into the industry, before setting up Shape Media in 2006. In early 2009 Ellie moved to Sydney where she continued to provide talent to the Australian market whilst assisting a newly launched media recruitment company. Returning to the UK in 2012 and after a short spell at a digital recruitment company (where she met Vanessa!), Ellie re-launched Shape Media.

Vanessa comes armed with vast digital knowledge. From her time in the industry working in digital marketing at a top luxury brand, through to a business development role at a video technology company, she sees recruitment from the other side and aims to help her candidates become digital leaders in their field. After spending almost 3 years at a specialist digital recruitment company (where she met Ellie!), Vanessa decided that she wanted to join forces with Shape Media and begin shaping the lives of not only more junior level candidates but helping those more experienced, go onto bigger and better things.
