ABOUT RUNNING HIGH EVENTS LIMITED
Volunteers are briefed and supervised by staff from Running High Events. Priority is given to existing volunteers and to volunteers fundraising for local charities. Remaining opportunities are on a first-come-first-served basis
Our target is to provide an initial response to new enquiries within 4 working days, and a constructive response to more complicated enquiries with 2 weeks
It’s worth noting that when we are busy enquiries via this Contact Form and email queries are given priority over telephone or postal enquiries
Also please bear in mind that in the weeks running up to race day and the weeks following the event we receive large numbers of enquiries, and despite taking on additional staff during these busy periods we will not always be able to provide an immediate response. We have to strike a balance between speedy response to runners enquiries and further increases in entry fees
